Hi .... I have recently upgraded my Servers to Windows Server 2008 R2.New domain has been configured. All is running fine but I get unusual messages on servers when I log on as domain user. It says "Applying Group Policy Client settings". The server stays at this messages for hours. Even after restart, same message appears and desktop does not appear. Domain users are getting annoyed to this issue. I tried to troubleshoot issue but in vain.
It is pertinent to mention here that NIC teaming is enabled on two of the interfaces. I wonder if servers fail to communicate with domain controller during this process. I have a NLB cluster of more than 10 servers to serve users. I get this message on 2-3 servers weekly!!
Please help me out.
