Windows 8 Group Policy Problem with item level targeting and ip ranges

Hello,
I have a problemwithGPPitemleveltargeting,andIP Rangefilteringin Windows8I have theGroup Policylogging andtracingenabled andthe logfilesuggeststhe IPfilterfailsin. In Windows 7,everything worksproperly.ThenI tested a few times IPRanges inWindows 8 andhereis the result:

MY IP: 192.168.156.86

IP RANGE TEST:

0.0.0.0                ->   255.255.255.255    PASSED

1.0.0.0                ->   255.255.255.255    PASSED

2.0.0.0                ->   255.255.255.255    FAILED

1.168.156.0        ->   255.255.255.255    PASSED

1.168.156.0        ->   192.255.255.255    PASSED

1.168.156.0        ->   192.168.156.255    PASSED

2.168.156.0        ->   255.255.255.255    FAILED

2.168.156.0        ->   192.168.156.255    FAILED

192.0.0.0            ->   255.255.255.255    FAILED

192.168.156.0    ->   255.255.255.255    FAILED

192.168.156.0    ->   192.168.156.255    FAILED

1.168.156.0        ->   192.168.155.255    PASSED ????

Is this abugordoes anyone knowthe error ? Are thereanyworkaroundtofix the problem ?
