How to apply computer configuration in GPO to a specific security group of users?

I am not sure this could be done..

I just created a test GPO in my test domain, it defined specific outbound rules in Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Windows Firewall with Advanced Security.

I linked this GPO to OU1 and created security filtering with a Security Group that contains testuser1, testuser2.

What I would like to achieve is that when testuser1 log on a domain computer, the firewall GPO will apply on this computer.

Is that possible with GPO?
