I created a start layout for users. In doing so an xml file was created by windows. According to the text.
I need to add "a <DefaultLayoutOverride> " element to my xml file. It seems the file I created needs to be edited. I have tried
XML Notepad, Notepad++ and Notepad. The xml file that was created either will not open or the text is unreadable and I cannot edit.
