IE9 -> IE10 Inetres.* update ?

Hi,

I want to start testing IE10 in our "environment" (win7pro / server2008 r2)
(Today we are using IE9.)

But i want to have GPO templates for controlling IE10 in place first.

Will it work to just "copy/overwrite" C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\Inetres.admx (on Domain Controller)
(Maybe i need to copy C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\en-US\Inetres.adml file to ?)

Old Inetres.admx , date: 12.03.2012
New Inetres.admx , date: 13.03.2013

And then GPO settings for both IE9 and IE10 will work simultaneously ?
