GPO - Group Policy Object acknowledgement

Is there any way to get Automatically Acknowledgment on My Domain Controller, as soon as Group Policy Object example: ABC is applied to Domain PC.

Server OS - Window Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition ( Domain Controller )

Client OS - Window XP 0r Window 7 ( Desktop and Laptop )

Can i Track, from my Domain Controller whether particular Group Policy Object is applied to How many Domain PC ( Window XP & Window 7 ).

We have around 500 Desktop & Laptop, Laptop come and goes out of Office.

or ( in other word )

As soon as one Group Policy has been applied, than Client Domain PC must send an acknowledgement on Domain controller that this policy has been applied to particular PC.

Is there any Way or some tools or software to accomplished this task ??
