GPO of Junk E-mail Safe Senders lists in Outlook 2007 and 2010 not affected on windows 7 computers

Hi

I have applied the GPO Junk E-mail Safe Sender list in Oulook 2007 and 2010. But its not getting applied on windows 7 compuer and users.

I mean policy is applying but when I am checking in Outlook "Safe Sender list", its not showing the list which I conifgured through GPO.
