WMI query linked on XP and 2003 OS GPO but its getting affected on server 2008 and 2008 R2 also

I have one GPO which is enabled WMI query filtering for windows 7,2008 and 2008 R2 But top of this OU there is another GPO which is WMI filtered for XP and 2003 server.

But I am getting some GPO settings on users configuration of XP and 2003 WMI filtering GPO While user logging onto server 2008 R2 server. Why so happening.
