Administering the RSS Feed - Common Feed List using Group Policy

I would like to push out some RSS feed settings into the Common Feeds List using Group Policy. I can't find any info on the web about how to do it other than some discussions that indicate that it is possible (e.g. http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/30571598/add-rss-feed-with-group-p.aspx).

I have found the GP policy settings under User Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\RSS Feeds but there is nowhere to specify the list of feeds.

We're running Windows Server 2008.

I am a newbie to GP. Can anyone help me out? Thanks...
