Turn Off individual Command Bar items in IE8 using GPo

I am building Fixed Functional Terminals using Autologon configurations in a Windows 7 environment. These units must be locked down so clients who use them can only use pograms and features that we want them to use.

I need to remove individual tool bar items from the command bar in IE8. I need do this using a group policy object. Editing GPo I find that I can only hide the entire command bar. I cannot hide individual tools like home page, feeds, tools, help, etc. I want to only show the print selection.  How can I edit these selections out of the command bar throug GPo settings?

If it is not possible to remove individual selections from the command bar and I can only hide the command bar in GPo, then how can I place a print selection in another tool bar like next to the Favorites button in the Favorites bar?
