i want to do the following Setup:
on 2 RDS Session Host Servers users are able to use some standart applications like Office 2013, Adobe Reader.
Some Users maybe also use Acrobat. Now i want to do the following:
Install Acrobat on a 3rd Session Host (not in the farm) and publish Acrobat as Application.
This Publication is only for a Special Group of users. If the User log into one of the 2 RD Session Hosts he can run Acrobat as published App, so i can reduce the load on the Servers because the 3rd Session Host is only for Acrobat (also the licensing Problem
is solved with this idea)
is this best pratice ??.....
or is this best pratice (remember i use UPD)
for each Group of application users a dedicated Terminal Server ?? (we use 2012 Datacenter License so it is no Problem for me to do this)....
so the big question is: one farm for all users (with Special apps via Publishing them) or more terminal Servers and multiple UPD Shares ???.....
