My coworker locked down using the gpedit on this machine (2008 R2). At the server manager when I clicked "Configure updates", I get a restrictions, "This operation has been cancelled due to...".
Both are now turned off at the moment , any ideas where I can locate...
Go to 'User Configuration'-->'Administrative Templates'-->'Windows Components'-->'Windows Update'-->'Remove access to use all Windows Update features"
Go to 'User Configuration'-->'Administrative Templates'-->'Start Menu and Taskbar'-->'Remove links and access to Windows Update"
