Folder Redirections not working for some users until they log in again for 3 times

Hi!

First sorry for my bad English! We have a SBS 2011 and some Win7 clients.
Folder Redirections not working for some users, respectively it works after they logged in again for 3 times.

An error Message is displayed after login: "Network error, \\SERVER\RedirectedFolders\.... could not be accessed. You don't have permission to access \\SERVER\RedirectedFolders\.... Please contact the administrator."
Then for every redirected folder an error messages is displayed, which says that the recycle bin for this folder is damaged and the question:"would you like to empty the recycle bin for this drive?"

Group Policy Results says: Group Policy rejected, reason: access denied (security filtering)

I've already tried a lot of solution but nothing worked for me.

I'm close to despair, hoping somebody can help me!
