Internet Explorer Maintenance GPO

Hi Guys,

We currently use the Internet Explorer Maintenance policy under USer configuration to set our users Homepage, we need to change this to a new site but when we go to edit the GPO the Internet Explorer Maintenance Setting is missing. 

Our machines are windows 7 and internet explorer version is 9.

Any ideas?
