GPO - IE10 - No Proxy being saved

Hi,

I created a Win8PC and installed the Group Policy Editor on it, I used this to edit a policy that requires IE10

I have it setup...

The settings as displayed in the GPO Settings, says no proxy settings. The same applies to IE 5,6,7,8,9

Any reason why this wouldnt save the settings???
