We run AGPM - Advanced Group Policy Management Version: 4.0.0400.0 via Remote Desktop to a Windows 2008 R2 fully patched Server.
We have Group Policies where we have registry preferences set. The registry preferences are showing up as set in the HTML.
However, when you check out and edit the Policy they do NOT appear in the MMC at all 1/2 the time.
Then you can check it in and out again and they are there.
The problem is that if they are not there and you add more when you publish you lose ALL your previous settings with absoultely no record of them being "deleted' in AGPM history.
This is a huge problem.
We have had no luck finding any MMC hotfixes, GPMC hotfixes or AGPM hotfixes that address the MMC not displaying preferences that have been set and published but are not showing up in the MMC but are applying and showing in the HTML.
