I'm running AGPM 4.0 in my environment. I've delegated responsibility for managing certain GPOs to others in my department. When they check out a policy that has only GPO preferences defined, they regularly cannot see any of the items listed. If I check out the same GPO, I can see all of the defined preferences.
At first we thought the problem was that on their machines they had the AGPM server specified via its netbios name instead of its FQDN (which is how I had it defined on my machine). After changing to the FQDN they were able to see the preferences. However, the next time they went to edit the GPO, the preferences were blank again. These users are members of security groups that are then members of other groups that have Editor and Approver permissions for the GPOs.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
