shortcut policy problem

Dear All,

I've deployed a shortcut policy in the network. now, I'd like to delete this shortcut policy, but the delete action doesn't work and this shortcut doesn't delete. I would be grateful if anyone help me to solve this issue.


DC has been installed on windows server 2012 data center and clients are win XP, 7 and 8.
