How to restricting machine renaming

Hi,

I have 15 locations and 1 engineer per site. Instructions have been given to all to follow the naming conventions while joining a machine to domain.

But we observed that engineers are not following the instructions and join the machine with their own naming formats. We want to restrict this, so as to have a controlled naming convention followed throughout the organization.
