Published software via group policy

In group policy under users> Software component, I published two applications I would like my users to install under their own account. When they go in program and features and click on Install a program from the network and then click install on the application that we want them to install,  it is saying they cannot install it as they do not have Administrative rights.

I was under the impression by going this route, it would use a system account to install the software. Is there a way to get around this as the people who need this software work remotely from home and connect to the office using a vpn connection. Is there a way to get around this without giving them administrative rights for the domain account.
