Deep Freeze type of policy

Hi all,

My company bought deep freeze and insisted on installing it.  I do not like the software because I find it a pain to un freeze the pc's every time I push out software through GP's. So my question is what is the policy I can use to do the same thing with a windows GP, so that after a reboot the hard drive goes back to its original state? I have seen it I just don't remember where.
