I have created a Admin user in win 2008 server for a local user by username Stephen with admin rights and after that he logged into his account and installed active directory and after that he deleted Active directory by typing Dcpromo /forceremoval. What has happened is user accounts which were created earlier was deleted and he himself got deleted. Now only username is Administrator and that to he can login with earlier password of active directory. I want to restore that lost users. When I go to C drive and users I can see that user Stephen his data is also there and also one more user was there name Steve he is also there but his username also deleted and doesn't display on logon credentials. Data of both users is safe but unable to see logon names after removing active directory. Can we restore these 2 users. Is there a way? Help is needed. Thank you.
