Copy Files and Install MSI

HI All,

  I need to install Software for my domain computers. i got Windows 7  (32bit & 64 bit) and Windows XP. also got the MSI for each Hardware.

  Requirements  are follows:

   1. Copy two Template files to user computer from network share

      ex:  c:\windows \system32

   2. set registry for above location (.reg) 

      ex:  Filepath: c:\windows \system32

  3. Install the MSI

       i can do this via GPO but how do i do above 1 & 2?
