remove folder with startup script rather than logon script - is it possible

hi all,

is there a way to remove a folder in a startup script rather than a logon script? or is there a way to make the logon script run as admin even though a standard non admin user will be logging in?

I need to remove a folder and all its contents from a number of machines on my network using a gpo but im not sure how to do it.

any help please?
