How to set different IE9 home pages for different groups??

We have had our intranet set as the IE9 home page for all domain users...we want to change this.

Now we have some domain users for whom we want a blank home page...we
don't want these users seeing or using our intranet site, and we will
likely have other users/groups whom we want to have go to some intranet
page other than the intranet home page.

How do I do this??
