GPOs to stop install on low battery and stop a user from shutting down when a remote install is taking place?

Hi there

I have 2 unusual GPOs and wondering if there is a setting for these. We are deploying a large encryption software to remote sites on laptops and need to ensure that when the power is below (say 20%) the remote install does not start, and also the user cannot shut down while the install is in progress.

I wont be use GP for this, but a 3rd party tool (Kaspersky). We are using msi's for the install. Any ideas if i can do the above? Hope im clear!

Server - 2008 R2

Client - XP SP3, Windows 7 Ent SP1 - 32 BIT
